This kit includes 6 quarts of 10W-30 Motorcraft XO10W30QSP full synthetic oil and a Motorcraft oil filter to keep your Lightning's 5.8 engine running smoothly.
Motorcraft 10W-30 Synthetic Blend
Your 1st Gen Sport truck came from the factory using Motorcraft oil, and by changing your oil with this oil change kit, you get the same factory-grade fluids you need to keep it running properly. This specially formulated, premium-grade full synthetic engine oil has a high viscosity to allow for maximum performance. Specially formulated multi-viscosity grade for use in the gasoline engine in your Lightning and it is API Certified. It helps minimize engine deposits and wear while protecting against high-temperature oxidation, low-temperature gelling, rust, corrosion, and foaming. The Motorcraft FL-820S oil filter is a direct replacement for your original and features a rigid steel case, and pressure relief valves to provide oil even when the filter is clogged. This filter also has an anti-drain back valve integrated into its design, preventing dry starts.
