The charger features a microprocessor-controlled, eight-step charging process; this charger/maintainer automatically reconditions your battery and safely maintains it through extended storage periods. An unused battery can lose its power and life through a process called sulfation. This charger will analyze the state of the battery and, if possible, will recover the battery and its power.
