Ford Performance Gear Installation Kit
Replace your worn-out ring and pinion bearings with this Ford Performance 1986-2004 Mustang 8.8 gear installation kit! When installing new gears in your rear axle, it's important to replace the bearings and shims as well to ensure tolerances are met for long gear life. This kit features the GT500 high torque pinion bearing that's built to handle anything you throw at it! All new carrier bearings, races, and shims are included as well as a new crush sleeve, pinion nut, and marking compound. An added bonus is a new set of axle bearings and seals. These install on the edge of your axle tubes to ensure no fluid loss and smooth axle operation. This Ford Performance gear installation kit has everything needed to install a set of gears in your 8.8" rear end, and is proudly made in the USA!
