Ford Performance 5.2 Aluminator XS Shortblock
Upgrade your Coyote engine build with a stout foundation that will withstand the rigors of track day abuse with this Ford Performance 5.2 Aluminator XS Shortblock. Ford Performance built this 5.2 Aluminator XS shortblock with performance enthusiasts in mind based on the Shelby GT500 Mustang engine block and 5.2 cross-plane crankshaft from the GT350. Featuring a 12.0:1 compression ratio, the 5.2 Aluminator XS shortblock is designed specifically for use with Gen 3 or GT350 cylinder heads to optimize performance.

Forged Internals
Aluminator shortblocks include Mahle forged pistons, Manley H-beam rods, ARP rod bolts, and a forged steel cross-plane GT350 crankshaft. Forged internal components resist higher pressures and heat generated during engine combustion more optimally than weaker cast internal components. Ford Performance billet steel gerotor oil pump gear set and high RPM pulse ring are installed for the extra RPM capability. Every Ford Performance Aluminator shortblock is internally balanced with precision and hand-assembled to meet performance clearances and ensure ideal operation!
