Developed in partnership with Whipple using their 5th generation 3.0 liter supercharger features an all-new rotor profile, inverted front feed rotor housing, and dual-core dual-pass intercooler system that can unleash up to 810hp and 615 lb.-ft. of torque on your S650 Coyote engine! Whipple's unique twin screw supercharger, 3.875" pulley, massive air-to-water intercooler, oversized front feed air system, and Ford Performance exclusive calibration keeps the power-train safe and secure at these power levels. No internal modifications or grinding of the engine block are required for installation. Ford Performance's supercharger kit comes complete with all the necessary parts and hardware for installation. Engineered and tested to Ford Motor Company's rigorous standards and comes with a limited 3-year or 36,000-mile Powertrain Warranty when registered and installed by a Ford Dealer!

Ford Performance Quality
The system makes that much power on only 91-octane fuel, giving you more power per lb of boost than any other system. Utilizing a superior front feed inlet style for a very simple, less restrictive, and more room for the air-to-water intercooler. Featuring a state-of-the-art air intake system that includes a massive Y intake setup, allowing for unparalleled free flow of air into the supercharger. Self-contained oversized oil system for dramatically reduced oil temps in even the most demanding conditions. Also included is a single 92mm GT500 throttle body, colder spark plugs, and GT500 port fuel injectors. A proven 6-rib belt system with a heavy-duty spring-loaded tensioner and adjustable idler system. Plug-and-play wiring harness and flash tool help speed up installation and programming. Ford Performances PCM calibration using their Tomahawk flash tool reconfigures all the necessary engine functions, including fuel, spark, knock detection, torque management, transmission control, and electronic throttle control.

How Much Power Does the Ford Performance Supercharger Make?

The Ford Performance S650 Mustang supercharger kit is designed to deliver up to 810 horsepower and 615 lb.-ft. of torque on applicable 2024-2026 Mustang 5.0L Coyote models. The system is rated at 810 HP at 7,500 RPM and 615 lb.-ft. of torque at 4,800 RPM for active-exhaust-equipped Mustangs, with a 10 HP reduction for models without active exhaust. The power comes from the Gen 5 3.0L twin-screw supercharger, high-flow intake system, 92mm GT500 throttle body, air-to-water intercooling system, and Ford Performance calibration.

The 810 HP figure is an advertised engine horsepower rating, not wheel horsepower. Actual dyno results will vary based on drivetrain losses, fuel, temperature, dyno type, and vehicle configuration. Ford Performance specifies premium 91+ octane fuel for the system, and the kit is designed specifically for the S650 Mustang 5.0L platform without requiring internal engine modifications or grinding of the engine block.
