Mustang Geek IRS Camber Shim Kit - Cobra
Remove the guesswork out of repeatable, quick camber adjustments on your 1999-2004 Cobra IRS with Mustang Geek's camber shim kit! Achieving a good rear alignment is key to good grip and proper tire wear on independent rear suspensions. The factory camber eccentric bolt can be tedious for keeping the adjustment locked in during hard driving or excessive play in the washer, causing the camber to change. Camber bolts are sloppy and annoying to use. The Mustang Geek shim kit allows you to adjust camber in 0.2125-degree increments with a 3.4-degree overall range without double-checking with a camber gauge. Fitting both the OEM upper control arms and Kenny Brown tubular arms, they have you covered no matter your suspension level. Supplied in the kit are 9 shims made from 0.188-thick laser-cut 304 stainless steel for durability. With the reversible design and clearly marked identification notches, these shims give you 17 different camber settings in total. Complete instructions and new zinc-plated grade 10.9 hardware are included to complete the installation without needing to run to the hardware store.

Fitment Notice

Fits 1999-2004 Mustang Cobra w/ IRS
The slot on the control arm may need to be opened up to achieve a full adjustment range.
The shims must be filed or sanded to fit the pocket in the upper control arm without any slop. Please see the instructions for further information.
Only one set is required per car unless you want the option to use the same shim on the other side; then two sets are suggested.
