Mishimoto Aluminum Radiator - ManualA Mishimoto performance aluminum radiator for the manual-equipped 1994-1995 Ford Mustang is the ideal upgrade to the stock Mustang radiator. Designed and specifically engineered to maximize cooling efficiency by up to 30%, boost engine functions, and protect your car from overheating. Whether you use your SN95 Mustang for daily driving or take it to the track, many people overlook the importance of installing an upgraded radiator in their engine. A stock radiator can not handle the heat that comes along with having a great deal of horsepower. The Ford Mustang radiator features a high-quality lightweight dual core, 100% brazed aluminum, and polished end tanks. Every Performance Radiator is a direct OEM fit, making installation effortless; no cutting or modification is required.
Why Upgrade To An Aluminum Radiator?
Factory SN95 radiators can become clogged, corroded, or inefficient over time. An upgraded aluminum radiator improves coolant flow, cooling efficiency, and long-term durability while helping maintain stable engine temperatures during aggressive driving conditions.

Aluminum Radiator Maintenance
Proper maintenance of an aluminum radiator is essential for the longevity and efficiency of your vehicle's cooling system. Start by performing a complete flush of the entire cooling system, including all hoses and the engine block, to ensure it is free from old fluid or contaminants. Always refer to your user manual for the correct type of coolant and maintain a 50/50 mix of coolant and water. Failing to do this can lead to
electrolysis, where electricity flows through the system, causing severe corrosion and pitting on the aluminum surfaces. To avoid this, regular maintenance every 30,000 miles is recommended, including flushing and inspecting the system. Additionally,
NEVER use the radiator as a ground for electrical components, as this can accelerate electrolysis and lead to further damage.
