Mickey Thompson ET Street S/S Tires
Improve traction on the street or strip with Mickey Thompson's ET Street S/S drag radial tires! Your Mustang makes enough power that a normal tire will spin instead of hook up. The S/S radial tire is constructed from an R2 compound that's sticky enough that little to no burn out is needed. Mickey Thompson has redistributed the tread on this tire for improved hydroplane resistance.
- All Mickey Thompson ET Street Radial tires are designed for drag racing use. While Mickey Thompson ET Street Radial tires meet Department of Transportation requirements for marking and performance, they are recommended for DRY PAVEMENT USE ONLY. It is not recommended that radial and non-radial tires be mixed on the same vehicle.
- Due to composition and design of soft compound tires, ride and handling can be different than standard compound tires. This includes but not limited to tracking, vibrations, and/or floating sensation.
Depending on your year model, certain tire sizes may work on only the front, rear, or not at all. We've made it easy for you to decide if a certain tire size will or will not work on your application. See our tire size guide in the link below to find out if this tire will work on your specific year model.
Mickey Thompson Performance Tires designs, develops and distributes specialty tires for the street, strip, track, and off-road.
Since its founding in 1963, the company has championed many firsts in the tire industry, from wide low-profile street tires to rugged, aggressive-tread off-road tires.
Designing and producing innovative tread patterns and compounds to build the best performance tires in the world was their focus then, and is still their focus today.
