Gain back the power and torque your 1996-2001 Mustang GT belt-driven accessories steal with Steeda’s underdrive pulleys. Bolt on 8-10 "free" horsepower with these pulleys by slowing down your accessories by about 25%, reducing drag on your engine. They even improve gas mileage due to reduced engine drag, taking the load off your driveline. Steeda's pulleys are manufactured from billet steel with a black finish and exceed factory quality standards. Their underdrive pulleys are the only pulleys engineered through our unique partnership with Ford to have the proper torsional vibration-dampening characteristics for your Modular engine. No other manufacturer can make this claim. The one-piece crankshaft pulley features a high-tech injection-molded, bonded-rubber damper, making it far more durable than "piggyback style" underdrive pulleys. They're also made in the USA and SFI race-approved, giving you the ultimate peace of mind.

Fitment Notice

Fits 1996-2001 Mustang GT
Midway through the 2001 model year production run, Ford changed the water pump design on the 4.6L engine. The older-style pump, produced from 1996 to mid-2001, had a longer shaft. In January of 2001, the pump's design was changed to a shorter shaft. This necessitated a redesign of the pump pulley.
