Versatile Tubular Crossmember
This 1994-1998 Mustang tubular crossmember from Stiffler's directly replaces your factory crossmember for weight reduction, more clearance, and versatility. With a single tube design, this crossmember has added strength and increases stiffness without adding weight. The tubular design allows for more exhaust clearance when adding in an aftermarket exhaust system. It easily adjusts for T56, TH-400, and T45 "cobra spec" transmissions to make this the perfect crossmember for your 94-98 Mustang conversion. Works with OEM and aftermarket transmission mounts. Low deflection polyurethane bushings are used in the mounts to dampen driveline vibrations and noise.
Transmission Mount Note
This crossmember requires the use of SVE's heavy duty transmission mount
TH400 Fitment
If using an TH-400, it requires additional spacing due to a shorter mounting pad height. Use Stifflers mount adapter Stiffler's mount adapter.
