Protect the underside of your 2005-2014 S197 Mustang Coupe while also adding rigidity with these jacking rails from industry leader SVE. Pinch welds are a common jacking point on your S197 Mustang and can become damaged if the jack is not placed correctly. These jacking rails provide a stout jacking point along the pinch weld, allowing easy jacking without risking damage to your Mustang's underside. Manufactured from strong 14-gauge 1" by 2" mild steel tubing with welded end caps that seal off the tubing. SVE jacking rails feature an extended length that runs almost the full length of the pinch weld to help with weight distribution whenever the vehicle is supported by a jack, jack stands, or lift arms. The rails are designed to provide a strong lifting point along the side of the vehicle, allowing you to safely position a floor jack at multiple locations along the rail. Finished in a subtle satin black powder-coated finish to hold up to the elements and prevent rust or corrosion. SVE's jacking rails also feature metal end caps that are seam welded to prevent debris from making its way into the jacking rail tubing. Installation is simple, with the front plate sandwiched between the body and the K-member using the existing bolts, and the rear bolts secured to the existing holes in the chassis. New 10.9 silver zinc flanged hex head bolts included for rear bolt locations. SVE has these built right here in the USA and made sure they are fully compatible with Boss 302 side-exit exhaust systems. Weighing in at 8.60 lbs per rail, these SVE jacking rails are the perfect quality-of-life upgrade to install on your Mustang without adding significant weight.
