Simplify the installation of a Gen 1 or Gen 2 5.0 coyote engine into your 1999-2004 Mustang with this SVE coyote swap fuel system! Forget the daunting task of individually sourcing fuel system components to piece together a fuel system for your coyote swap project. When installing a return-style fuel system in a 1999–2004 Mustang with a Gen 1 or Gen 2 coyote engine, this straightforward yet efficient fuel system from industry leader SVE will take all guesswork out of the equation. This fuel system will come with everything required to achieve a steady 58 psi of gasoline pressure in your coyote engine to replicate the factory returnless arrangement. The 255 LPH fuel pump system, -6 AN PTFE hoses, and fuel filter with a built-in non-adjustable regulator enables the fuel pump from Walbro to operate at the quoted flow rate. For the return and supply parts of the system, SVE provides fuel lines with pre-terminated -6 AN braided, stainless hoses to set this fuel system apart from the competition. By doing this, the time-consuming operation of trimming hoses to length and attaching AN fittings to them is avoided. In order to reduce the extra effort involved in installing a coyote in your New Edge Mustang build, SVE developed this fuel system. This SVE coyote swap fuel system will guarantee that your project is finished properly because it is built with premium components from the most reliable manufacturers.

High-Performance Components
Featuring -6AN PTFE flexible fuel hoses, this kit utilizes your factory fuel lines in conjunction with two short stainless braided hoses to support the new fuel pump and filter to your naturally aspirated coyote engine. The PTFE lining of these hoses allows for the use of leaded and unleaded fuels giving you the flexibility to tune your coyote engine on whichever fuel you choose while blocking out all harmful fumes. This kit will include a fuel filter with a built-in non-adjustable regulator to filter and regulate the included Walbro 255 LPH fuel pump assembly, two 90-degree -6AN fittings that connect to the supply inlet and return outlet of the regulator, and three 3/8" and 5/16" quick-disconnect -6AN fittings, two to connect the short fuel hoses from the fuel pump to the regulator and one of each to connect to the longer braided hose to the factory line and fuel rail. A long -6AN stainless braided hose is included to connect to the factory line bulkhead on the passenger side firewall to the fuel rail. SVE provides a -6AN fuel rail adapter that allows the new long -6AN fuel hose to connect directly to the factory coyote fuel rail at the engine. To properly mount the fuel filter with the built-in pressure regulator, you will utilize the factory fuel filter bracket and mounting location. Designed to utilize the 1999-2004 style fuel tank, you can reuse your existing fuel tank and associated components if they are still in good working order (free of rust & debris) or replace them as needed.
