SVE Disc Brake Conversion Base Kit for 94-04 SN95 Cobra BrakesBuild your SN95 disc brake conversion from the ground up with SVE's 1979-1986 Mustang 7.5" rear disc brake conversion base kit! SVE built this base kit to eliminate the guesswork from the most commonly overlooked steps of performing an SN95 disc brake conversion. The idea behind SVE's disc brake base conversion kit is to ensure you get the must-have parts needed to ensure your Fox Body stops on a dime while letting you choose the parts with optional features like spindles, axles, colored calipers, and drilled/slotted rotors separately. This ensures your disc brake conversion is completed precisely the way you want it. SVE's base kit features the detailed parts needed to ensure your conversion works as it should when everything is finished.
Base Kit Rear FeaturesFor the rear section of your Fox, this kit features a set of SVE Cobra-specific rear disc brake caliper brackets. These brackets properly locate the 11.65" rear brake rotors and Cobra calipers you pick up later in your build progress. A set of J&M stainless steel brake hoses ensure your lines don't expand during heavy braking, whether on the street or the track. SVE includes two Mustang parking cables to be a direct replacement for the factory drum cables. E-clips to retain them on the caliper are also included. Ten rear wheel studs are included to press into the rear axles you choose. This kit is the one to choose if you're looking to install 94-04 Cobra brakes on your Fox Body.
Base Kit Front FeaturesSVE's base kit includes the necessary front components to ensure your disc brake conversion installs quickly and easily. Because you must gut your stock proportioning valve, we include our exclusive block-off plug to seal the hole left behind. A Ford Racing proportioning valve allows you to adjust your rear brake bias. The “Kneepoint” is adjustable from 100-1000psi. Included are the infamous brake line adapter fitting was needed to adapt the factory passenger side hardline to the included J&M front stainless steel brake hoses.
