1979 Fox Body Ford Mustang Parts
The Fox Body Mustang emerged in 1979. This model was based on the Fox-4 platform, which shared components with the Fairmont, Capri, and other Ford models. For this year, there were five engine options, including the 2.3L, 2.3L turbo, 2.8L V6, 3.3L 6-cylinder, and 5.0L V8. There were also two body styles, the hatchback and coupe.
