If you are like us, you might not even have a clutch or brake pedal pad remaining in your Fox Mustang. If you are lucky enough to still have both pedal pads, then the chances are they have probably seen better days. Removal and installation of new pedal pads is super simple. Just follow along in the install video as Jmac shows you how to replace your pedal pads. This install applies to the 5.0Resto factory style and “5.0” logo pedal pads.
The install calls for no special tools and will take you less than 10 minutes to completely change the look of your Stangs interior. To remove the pads, simply grab the pad and pull back on it to pry it off the pedal assembly. To install the new clutch and brake pedal pads, side one side of the pad onto the pedal assembly and pry the remaining retaining lips around the pedal assembly.
While you are changing out your clutch and brake pedal pads, it is good time to replace your gas/accelerator pedal. Save yourself some money and pick up the 5.0Resto
Mustang pedal pad kit. This kit includes new clutch pad, brake pad and gas pedal. Be sure to watch our install video for 85-93 Mustang accelerator/gas pedal below.
