Installation Time:
Tools Needed:
- Flat Head Screwdriver
- Philips Head Screwdriver
- Heat Gun or Hair Dryer (optional)
Installation:
Step 1:
Remove factory rubber pad from face of clutch pedal.
Step 2:
Orient 2 halves of EZ-Clutch with larger end up to match pedal curvature. Place on sides of clutch pedal and slide onto clutch pedal.
Step 3:
Install the supplied, Stainless Steel 10-32 x 1.25" screws into right half of the EZ-Clutch pedal extension.
Step 4:
Using a Phillips's screwdriver, snug both screws into place.
Step 5:
Tighten 1/2 to 3/4 turn , screws should be tight but avoid over tightening.
Step 6:
Install factory rubber pad on to the face of EX-Clutch pedal extension. This requires effort! Using a hair dryer to warm the rubber pad will aid installation or you can soak the rubber pad in hot water.
Step 7:
EZ-Clutch Pedal Extension should be tight and ready for use!
Alternative Installation Procedure
Step 1:
Remove factory rubber pad from face of clutch pedal.
Step 2:
Orient 2 halves of EZ-Clutch with larger end up and install rubber pad.
Step 3:
Open 2 halves of clutch pedal extensions opposite the rubber pad (like a clamshell) and carefully slide them on to the clutch pedal.
Step 4:
Make sure both parts are slid over the clutch pedal completely.
Step 5:
Install the 2 supplied Stainless Steel 10-32 x 1.25" screws into right half of the EZ-Clutch Pedal Extension.
Step 6:
Tighten 1/2 to 3/4 turn, screws should be tight but avoid over tightening.
Step 7:
EZ-Clutch Pedal Extension should be tight and ready for use!
