With all of the fast-car themed movies out there, the Ford Mustang has held it's own in being one of the most popular cars to destroy, jump, race and out run the cops. The the classic Steve McQueen film "Bullitt" which has also inspired newer cars throughout the production of the Mustang, all the way to Will Smith's "I am Legend" where he used a Shelby GT500 to blast through an abandoned city, everyone loves a movie with a fast Mustang. One of the all time favorites around here, "Gone in Sixty Seconds" featuring Nicholas Cage as Memphis Raines, stealing tons of cars in one night including the iconic "Eleanor", a 1967 Shelby GT500! It's not often a Fox Body Mustang makes the spotlight in the movies, "Back to the Future: Part II" showed us just how crazy looking a time-machine Mustang could look. a 2007 Saleen Mustang was used in the explosive movie "Transformers" in 2007! This was another great example of a movie car gone mad! With more and more Mustangs hitting the scene, we are sure we will many more movies sporting the iconic car!
