1996-2004 Mustang BBK Shorty Headers - Titanium Ceramic GT
These 1 5/8 in. titanium ceramic shorty headers from BBK will help your 1996-2004 4.6 2V Mustang produce an extra 8 to 15 horsepower. These BBK shorty tube headers are manufactured from 1 5/8" mandrel-bent tubing using solid 3/8" laser cut exhaust flanges helps reduce the chance of warping and improve cylinder head sealing. These titanium ceramic finished headers replace your restrictive factory exhaust manifolds with wider diameter tubing that allows exhaust gases to flow quicker and easier resulting in improved performance. These headers are finished in a titanium ceramic coating for lifelong looks under the hood of your Mustang while reducing engine bay temperatures. Comes complete with header bolts, studs, as well as a fresh pair of gaskets to make a quick and easy installation. Each of these Mustang headers has been designed and dyno-tested at the BBK headquarters for maximum performance. Results have shown an additional 15-20 rear wheel horsepower overstock. No welding or cutting, these headers are a direct bolt-on to your 4.6L!
