BBK Coyote Swap Headers - Ceramic
Complete the installation of your 1979-04 Mustang Coyote 5.0 4-Valve engine swap with these ceramic-coated BBK long tube headers. These ceramic finished headers replace your restrictive factory exhaust manifolds with wider diameter tubing that allows exhaust gases to flow quicker and easier resulting in improved performance. Each of these Coyote swap long tube headers has been designed and dyno-tested at the BBK headquarters for maximum performance. Results have shown an additional rear wheel horsepower over stock manifolds. BBK engineering is the way to go to ensure your 5.0L Coyote Motor Swap goes as flawlessly as possible!

High-Quality Construction
This Mustang performance exhaust header kit has been CAD designed and dyno-tested by BBK to ensure you get maximum power from your Coyote engine. These BBK long tube headers are manufactured from 1 3/4" mandrel-bent tubing and feature a 3" collector with a leak-free ball and socket flange. Using solid 3/8" laser-cut exhaust flanges helps reduce the chance of warping and improves cylinder head sealing. These headers are finished in a ceramic coating for lifelong looks under the hood of your Mustang while reducing engine bay temperatures.

What You Will Need

Fits Gen 1-3 Coyote engines. Will NOT fit Gen 4 engines due to bolt pattern differences.
If you are running an 11-14/Gen 1 Coyote controls pack, you must purchase SVE-1676B extensions to properly plug in your oxygen sensors.
If you are running a 15-17/Gen 2 Coyote controls pack, you must purchase BBK-16332 extensions to properly plug in your oxygen sensors.
If you are running an 18-19/Gen 3 Coyote controls pack, you must purchase BBK-1121 extensions to properly plug in your oxygen sensors
Some aftermarket transmissions that have larger housings may cause clearance issues with these headers.
These long tubes will not work with an automatic transmission.
If running a T-Sump style oil pan, it will have to be modified for fitment.
To complete the installation of your cat back Catted X-Pipe BBK-1786 is necessary for installation.
These BBK long tube headers are designed for maximum motorsports k-members with a manual transmission. Other combinations may require modification.
You will be required to reuse 4 of the factory studs for installation since only 12 bolts are supplied with this kit.
