Throttle Position Sensors or TPS sensors are designed to tell the computer the position of the throttle body blade so it is able to calculate the proper parameters to enable the engine to run efficiently.

Fitment Note
Will not fit factory 86-88 5.0L throttle body without modification. The throttle body must be clearanced to allow sensor adjustment.
