The Race Springs are designed for high-performance drivers wanting to get the absolute most out of their Fox Body, SN-95, or New Edge Mustang. They not only give your Mustang an aggressive new stance, but they also help balance vehicle weight for improved performance and control by lowering the vehicle's center of gravity. You can expect a reduced roll center and reduced body roll from these high-performance lowering springs! H&R race springs are produced from special spring steel, with a strength rated at 290,000 psi resulting in unrivaled tensile strength and resiliency. Every spring produced by H&R comes from H&R's engineering and manufacturing facility in Germany. These H&R springs are specific for 1994-1995 Cobra, but will fit all 1979-2004, however drop rates may differ slightly.

Do I Need Anything Else For Installation?
While these springs can be installed on most Mustangs without the need of additional parts, there are a few things you want to consider when installing Mustang lowering springs.

Caster Camber Plates - When lowering your Mustang, your suspension geometry will change. This will cause your front end’s alignment to become out of spec, leading to uneven tire wear. A set of caster camber plates will allow you to easily align your Mustang correctly.
Shocks/Struts - Adding lowering springs can take its toll on factory suspension, not to mention, you might be overdue for new shocks and struts. This is the perfect time to address shocks and struts while you have the suspension torn apart for your lowering spring install.
Bumpsteer Kit - Complete your SVE upgrade with a bump steer kit. Lowering a Mustang can cause bump steer - the tendency for the wheel of a car to change directions when you hit a bump. This easy-to-install kit replaces your factory tie rods with heavy duty, spherical rod ends that adjust and correct your suspension geometry to prevent bump steer.
