The included A/C delete brackets move the power steering pump up into the location of the A/C compressor to reduce parasitic loss enabling your engine to focus on fewer accessories to turn.

This complete kit includes every bracket needed to mount the accessories to your 5.0 engine. From the rear support bracket for the smog pump to the power steering pump bracket & alternator bracket, these will all work together to properly align the accessories for a factory-style engine restoration without the hassle of the A/C system. Engine Accessory Bracket Hardware Kit
To secure all of the new accessory brackets into place, 5.0 Resto provides high-quality ARP hardware. This 21 piece kit is manufactured exclusively for 5.0 Resto to their specification to properly renew the accessory drive system on your 5.0 engine. The studs, bolts, and nuts are made from ARP 8740 chrome-moly steel and is nominally rated at a 180,000 PSI tensile strength. This rating is a fair margin stronger than standard Grade 8 hardware and significantly stronger than the factory pieces. Each piece of hardware is black oxide coated for corrosion resistance and long life to ensure this is the last hardware kit you'll ever need to buy!
High Quality Construction
The brackets included in this kit feature a cast aluminum and stamped steel construction for the best strength and durability. The brackets are the same thickness as the factory units for proper spacing and will ensure they won't bend under load. The steel brackets are then completed with a black powder-coated finish to help protect from the exterior elements for the ultimate longevity and service life.
Product Note
There will be some hardware leftover as this kit deletes the A/C compressor and factory brackets.
