Modern Material Standards
During the manufacturing process, the lenses have UV inhibitors mixed into the plastic which keeps your lights looking new for longer, even in harsh conditions. These are the same materials and manufacturing process used in new vehicles which allows these lights to pass SAE and DOT standards. Front and center on the headlight, park light, and side marker is an embossed Ford oval logo displaying Ford's stamp of approval on this kit. Each lens maintains the factory style clear, fluted lenses that evenly distrubutes light when illuminated. The park lights and side markers have an OE-style black trim surround, with an amber reflector integrated into the side marker. To finalize the manufacturing process, each light is polished to a gloss finish that looks great on any color Fox Body! All six pieces are built to precise factory dimensions and tolerances for a perfect fit. Once installed, the lights can be easily adjusted to achieve an accurate beam pattern. These DOT approved taillights feature the signature LX design with red and white lenses that are made from the original Ford tooling and manufactured here in the USA. Licensed by Ford, these tail light lenses feature the embossed Ford logo in the white part of the lens to make this kit a perfect choice for your restoration.
