SVE Rear Disc Brake Caliper Adapter Brackets - SN95 Cobra
Upgrade the braking capabilities of your 1979-1993 Mustang by installing a set of SN95 Cobra-style rear disc brakes with these SVE rear brake adapter brackets. When installing the 5-lug Cobra disc brakes onto your Fox Body Mustang, you will be required to install these brackets to the rear axle housing in order to secure the calipers safely. These high quality, durable steel brackets allow enthusiasts to install 1994-2004 Cobra/Bullitt/Mach 1 rear disc brakes when paired with a Fox length axle with a 94-04 flange. Upgrading your rear brakes to disc brakes allows for increased braking power compared to the factory drum setup. Drum brakes are also more prone to locking up on the road, ultimately reducing the safety of your Mustang. Manufactured in the USA, these brackets maintain the proper offset and backspacing, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of 1994-04 Mustang wheels. By incorporating these brackets into your 5-lug swap, you'll avoid the need for expensive custom wheel offsets, ultimately saving time, money, and frustration when trying to search for the perfect fit. Finish off the 5-lug swap on your Fox Body Mustang with these cost-effective caliper brackets.

Further Instruction
These brackets must be used with 1979-1993 Fox length axles with SN95 flanges (Linked Below). They will not work with 1994-1998 factory flanged axles. If your Mustang has a 1986-1998 8.8" housing, removal of a small amount of material from the rear upper corner of the housing flange will be necessary. Installation of anti-moan brackets will require the installation of longer caliper bolts. LMR suggests an M12-1.75x35mm bolt for proper thread alignment. Lastly, due to varying tolerances between axle housings, you may need to shim the bracket to the axle housing for proper clearance.

WILL NOT work with 1994-98 factory flanged axles.
NOT intended for use with c-clip eliminator kits.
Due to the nature of being a raw metal finish, surface rust may be present. This does not affect the function of the product. Can be scuffed and painted if desired.
