Mustang Power Door Lock & Power Window Master Kit
Restore the function of the power door options with this complete kit for 1979-1993 Mustangs! This kit covers replacing both the power window motors and the power door lock actuators. Daniel Carpenter Reproductions power window motors and 5.0 Resto power door lock actuators are supplied in this kit. In one fell swoop, you can fix crooked door glass movement, slow or non-responsive windows, and non-functioning door locks. This kit even includes the window bushings, rivets, and installation rivet gun!

5.0 Resto Door Lock Actuator Kit
Restore the function of your power locks with this new, stronger 1979-1993 Mustang 5.0 Resto door lock actuator kit! This kit contains everything you need to swap out the door lock actuators in your Fox Body Mustang. Over years of use, the door lock actuator can become rusted, or the solenoid can stop functioning. Replace that non-functioning door lock actuator with an improved, stronger, and smoother operating door lock actuator. These door lock actuators include a durable rubber boot designed to keep foreign contaminants out of the solenoid. You'll receive two new stronger actuators, installation rivets, door panel push pins, and a push pin removal tool. This kit allows you to complete the installation from start to finish. 5.0 Resto has undergone rigorous testing that includes putting extra weight on the actuator arm to ensure it still functions under normal operating conditions. These tests (when compared against other actuators) resulted in a strong, efficient motion any time the lock switch was engaged. To ensure you experience the same results in your Fox Body, you must ensure the surrounding components are in working order during installation. This includes proper lubrication of the actuator rod, a non-seized or gummed up door latch assembly, and new door latch bushings.

Window Motor Kit
This kit includes both driver and passenger-side window motors to replace your broken factory motors. These Daniel Carpenter Reproduction window motors are plug-and-play replacements for your original motors. The factory screws are re-used and cut their own threads into the new motors. To go along with the new window motors, we've included a new door panel removal tool, window guide bushings, and door panel push pins to ensure you have everything needed for a complete installation. The push pin removal tool will help pop open your factory push pins without harming your door panel. The window guide bushings help keep your window on track. If you're experiencing a window that likes to go off track, these bushings will keep it in line for both sides. Finally, we've included 24 door panel clips to re-install your door panels and finish the job right.

Installation Note

There will be extra window motor to window regulator hardware included with this kit, but will not be needed. Only 6 bolts will be needed for the job.
The window motor bolt holes do NOT come threaded as the provided hardware will cut their own threads into housing for proper motor installation.

Fitment Notice

Fits 1979-1993 Mustang Coupe, Hatchback & Convertibles
This kit includes the square window guide bushings. Not all 1983-1993 Mustangs used the square guide bushings. Please verify if you have the square or the rectangle window guide bushings.

Window motors will NOT fit convertible rear quarter windows.
Window motors will ONLY bolt up to factory window regulators. Will not mount to aftermarket window regulators utilizing a different bolt pattern.
Multiple door lock rods are included; the shortest rod provided is the correct one for this application.
