Retaining a stock Fox Body appearance without sacrificing late-model features you want with this Dakota Digital RTX instrument cluster in your 1987-1989 Mustang! Modeled to the factory cluster in appearance but with all of the modern technology that you want. The RTX gauges utilizes a central control box that is compatible with your stock 5.0 HO, Coyote swap or other modern powerplant that you have! Layout, face style, and indicators use OEM design elements making it easily mistaken for a factory unit till you turn it on and see your custom color scheme on the cluster. Dakota Digital CNC machines the housings and fills them superior electronics all designed in house by them. The configuration of the high-definition TFT message centers allow for the presentation of virtually any type of information.

Analog Gauge Display And Indicators
RTX gauge clusters is illuminated with RGB LEDs with over 30 selectable color options to customize your cluster. A dimming feature whenever the parking lights or headlights are turned on. Additionally, each needle will glow whenever the LED backlighting is triggered to ensure maximum visibility is achieved during dark conditions. The gauge faces have a black background with white text and font. This cluster includes six analog-gauge sweeps in conjunction with the twin LCD message center to show the most vital parameters while your Mustang is running. The analog sweep displays are speedometer (0-160 mph), tachometer (0-8000 RPM), fuel level (full to empty - uses stock sending unit), water temperature (140-220° F), oil pressure (0-80 psi), and voltmeter (8-17 Volts DC) all of which are positioned in the same location as your factory cluster. Visible indicators include: the RH and LH turn signal, high beam lights, cruise control, parking brake, and check engine.

Digital Message Center
The message center displays in a digital LCD format for several of the analog gauge functions such as the speedometer (0-255 MPH/KPH), tachometer (0-9,990 RPM), oil pressure (0-80 psi), water temperature (0-300° F/0-150° C), fuel level (0-99%), and voltmeter (8-17 Volts DC). Other vital display features include the odometer, trip odometer, re-programmable service odometer, engine hour meter, and clock. Additionally, there are built-in performance functions such as 0-60 mph timer, 1/4 mile timer, 1/4 mile speed, high-speed recall, and high RPM to recall your personal records!

No Need For Aftermarket Gauges

The speedometer is user programmable, so your speed will never be wrong again regardless of tire size or rear gear changes. The tachometer is adaptable to all ignition pickup styles, so you'll have correct RPM regardless of the engine. Seeing your alternators true charging output is a breeze with the included voltmeter! The oil pressure and water temperature sending units are also included. Finally, your fuel level is compatible with your existing stock Fox Body sending unit for a simple installation!
