Upgrade your fuel pump while replacing your rusted fuel tank with this 1994-1997 SN95 Mustang LMR fuel pump and tank kit! This kit allows you to increase fuel output while restoring your fuel tank at the same time! LMR compiled the highest quality components to restore your fuel tank and the vital components it needs to get your SN95 running again! This kit consists of a new fuel tank, pads, Walbro 255 fuel pump, seals, pump hanger, and level sending unit to completely restore your fuel tank!

Fuel Tank, Pads & Seals

This fuel tank kit includes high-quality components that are built to last. Made of a stamped steel construction this gas tank is made for 1994-1997 Mustangs with electronic fuel injection (EFI) and has all of the pre-cut holes needed for all accessories. Featuring a new fuel tank pad kit, this install kit ensures your tank doesn't see metal-on-metal contact when raised into place. The 15.5"x14" L-Shaped pad is located in the middle of the tank, while the 5"x15" rectangular pad attaches to the driver side of the tank. The 7"x7" pad goes on the passenger side of the tank and has the fuel pump hole pre-cut. To finish out the install kit, LMR includes a new fuel filler neck grommet and vapor valve seal. These seals are built with a durable rubber construction built to last. The fuel-resistant compounds ensure leak-free performance for years to come!

Fuel Pump Assembly

An all-new fuel pump assembly highlights this kit to increase fuel output for high horsepower engines that crave extra fuel! This Walbro GSS340 255 LPH high-pressure fuel pump includes all of the necessary wiring, hardware, and filter for installation. Your new Walbro fuel pump will be ready to install into the included new fuel pump bracket. The bracket has corrosion-resistant plating for long-lasting performance!

Fuel Tank Vapor Valve

Your fuel tank is vented to the carbon canister through the vapor valve assembly. The valve is mounted in a rubber grommet at a central location on the upper surface of the fuel tank. A vapor space between the fuel level and the tank upper surface is combined with a small orifice and float shut-off valve in the vapor valve assembly to prevent liquid fuel from passing to the carbon canister. The vapor space also allows for the thermal expansion of the fuel.
