MegaSquirt MS3Pro Plug & PlayAdd serious tuning potential to your 1999-2004 4.6L Mustang with MegaSquirts MS3Pro Plug and Play ECU. Designed with the DIY tuner in mind to give your Mustang all the options of a custom engine management system at a fraction of the cost. Easy to install and set up, this standalone ECU comes with a 4.6L base map that is pre-loaded to help your engine start on the first turn of the key. The MS3Pro PNP ECU has an extra port connector, a 22-pin, in addition to the 26-pin, allowing for additional inputs and outputs. With an average install time of under 1 hour, this unit installs in your stock ECU's place, making it as streamlined and simple as possible.

Important Notes
- MegaSquirt no longer includes a USB drive with this kit. Customers will now need to scan the provided QR code to gain access to this information.
- To use a dual cooling fan set up you must source a PWM fan controller due to amperage draw concerns.
- Use of an approved USB to Serial Adapter is recommended we suggest DIYautotune's USB to Serial Adapter
- Use of the provided USB to Serial Adapter is recommended to interface modern laptops with the MegaSquirt PNP2 serial port.
- Once the MSPNP is installed, the PATS system no longer inhibits vehicle operation. Furthermore, standard, non-chipped, or uncoded keys can be used to start the car. In some instances, the THEFT lamp on the instrument cluster may rapidly flash for several minutes after the vehicle is started. This is due to an overall interaction with the instrument cluster and PATS key module. If desired, the bulb can be removed from the cluster to prevent the indicator from illuminating.
