Ford Racing has styled this side exhaust from the 2012-2013 Mustang Boss 302, which features an X crossover with two pipes going out of the side while utilizing blocking plates that are open. This side exit exhaust gives your Mustang a very unique and aggressive sound that is not overly loud and is still pleasing to the ears. The side exit exhaust also allows the driver to hear the tone of the car during HPDE (High Performance Driving Events), helping aid in increased performance at every track day. The X crossover or mid-pipe is more efficient than the factory resonator, which will free up horsepower and torque. There is no welding required with this S550 Mustang side exhaust; all you'll need to do is cut the factory exhaust and then bolt this Ford Performance kit in place using the factory front clamps and the supplied rear clamps.
