Interior Paint System - Regatta Blue (2 Pints)
Restore your Fox Body Mustang's interior color to its original appearance with this 1985-1989 Mustang regatta blue interior paint system from LMR.com! Blended to custom specifications in-house at Late Model Restoration, this premium interior paint system is mixed with quality SEM brand paint toners to provide you with the most accurate and closest match to your factory color. A flexing agent is blended in the paint, allowing you to spray this on all hard and flexible interior surfaces for the ultimate versatility! LMR.com includes two full pints (32oz) of 1985-1989 Mustang regatta blue finish paint, equivalent to ten cans of aerosol spray paint. You'll be able to paint approximately 120 square feet of interior space, depending on the number of coats applied. Best of all, no thinner or reducer is required with this paint. Ambient temperature and relative humidity will determine the overall dry time of this paint.

Preval Sprayer Atomizer
A Preval sprayer system, included with this kit, delivers a superior finished product compared to the standard aerosol can method. This sprayer features a patented Venturi Vacuum Process, drawing the paint from the attached reservoir and providing a professional-grade finish without mixing the propellant and paint. Because of this process, the atomization of the paint is very fine and lays evenly on the surface. When finished, clean the system with paint thinner if you have leftover paint and/or propellant.

Cleaning & Preparation
To ensure the best surface preparation for this paint, LMR recommends SEM sand-free adhesion promoter for use with hard plastics/trim. For soft vinyl surfaces, we recommend SEM vinyl prep/cleaner. Remember, when painting any surface, you must prep it before painting, or the result may be of poor quality.

Paint Coverage
This interior paint is perfect for small touch-up applications. For large jobs (interior restorations), we highly recommend purchasing all your paint at once to ensure proper dye lot matching. This will ensure a uniform coat of matching paint for your restoration project.

Safety Notice: LMR recommends working with this paint in a well-lit, well-ventilated area. Wear eye protection and pick up a respirator intended for painting before starting.
LMR does not recommend spraying this on seating surfaces as the daily abuse seats take will not allow the paint to hold up.
