Magnaflow 3" California-grade CARB-compliant universal catalytic converter design can be used on all exhausts that use 3" exhaust piping. This 50-state legal catalytic converter is designed to meet Federal EPA emissions and CARB guidelines requirements on all vehicles. Magnaflows catalytic converter is manufactured with a highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel outer shell and a factory-style clamshell heat shield for maximum durability. The internal ceramic substrate material and precious metal loading have been carefully engineered for maximum efficiency. Measuring in at an overall 16" in length, with a body size of 12" long and 6.5" wide with a 3" inlet and outlets. Magnaflow's converter is designed to meet or exceed California Air Resource Board requirements and has undergone additional testing to comply with CARB guidelines to allow for legal use in California and CARB-restricted states.
