Chin spoiler Will NOT fit 1999-2004 Cobra. The spoiler comes up too short on 99/01 bumpers and does not follow the correct contour on 03/04 bumpers.
This grille delete will not fit 99-01 Cobra or 03/04 Cobra bumpers.

This is an SVE Mach 1 Grille Delete & Chin Spoiler Kit for your 1999-2004 Ford Mustang! This kit includes both a Mach 1 Grille Delete and a Mach 1 Chin Spoiler! Quickly and easily convert the front of your 99-04 Mustang to the aggressive styling of the Mach 1 Mustang with this SVE Mach 1 Grille Delete & Chin Spoiler Kit!
Everything You Need In One Kit!
The kit includes a Mach 1 Grille Delete lower filler panel with a Running Pony grille emblem, a Mach 1 Chin Spoiler, and all the hardware needed for installation! All in one kit at a great price!
Application Note
This Mach 1 grille delete panel was molded to fit all OEM factory original 1999-2004 Mustang GT/V6 bumper covers. Due to production tolerances, especially on aftermarket bumper covers, double-sided tape may be needed around the parameter of the delete panel where it attaches to the grille opening for a perfect fit.
