SVE Rear Sway Bar - 25mm
Ensure your 1979-2004 Mustang suspension is complete with the help of this 25mm SVE rear sway bar! To compliment our other SVE suspension components, SVE introduces a line of performance sway bars. We went to the drawing board to produce a bar that closely replicated the factory sway bar, all while increasing the diameter over most stock-size bars for better performance. The size SVE chose strikes a good balance for a daily or street-driven Mustang, while still performing well on the track. Reducing body roll improves handling and lateral stability during cornering, but also helps with straight-line stability. Corner entry and exit characteristics are really going to improve with more overall responsiveness for the car. All of this helps you feel more connected to the road and more confident in your Mustang's capabilities.

SVE High-Strength Construction
Constructed out of high-strength 25mm (1") diameter Chromium alloy spring steel to give it the proper spring rate and roll stiffness. Factory-style ends incorporate the mounting holes just like the factory sway, so they look good on the car and maintain factory geometry. Using forged seamless bar ends allows the SVE sway bar to be one continuous bar from end to end weighting in at 15lbs. A painted silver finish looks great and really stands out, helping show off your new upgrade. For an easy, complete installation, the correct bolts and speed nuts that attach the rear sway bar to the rear lower control arms to ensure proper fitment.

Bushing Lubrication

The suspension bushings included with this part can only be lubricated with PTFE grease, also referred to as "Marine Grease". PTFE grease is a very sticky, opaque grease that is water proof and will not degrade the bushing material. If lubed properly at installation, these bushings will not need to be lubricated again. Use of any other grease on these bushings will cause the bushing to fail and any bushing warranty to be voided.
