Through rigorous testing and development, Bilstein has designed this strut to exceed OE standards while maintaining a factory fit and finish. When this strut was designed for the Cobra R, the spindle mounting holes were relocated to provide additional negative camber. Softer than usual compression valving was utilized in an effort to reduce understeer. Bilstein's patented monotube design provides heat dissipation that reduces fade. Bilstein tests every shock and strut on a dyno before leaving their factory to ensure the quality meets their high standards.
