Analog Gauge Display And Indicators
Each 5.0 Resto gauge cluster is illuminated with white LEDs and has a dimming feature whenever the parking lights or headlights are turned on. Additionally, each needle will glow orange whenever the LED backlighting is triggered to ensure maximum visibility is achieved during dark conditions. The gauge faces have the factory correct black background with white text and font. This cluster includes six analog-gauge sweeps in conjunction with the twin LCD message center to show the most vital parameters while your Mustang is running. The analog sweep displays are speedometer (0-160 mph), tachometer (0-8000 RPM), fuel level (full to empty - uses stock sending unit), water temperature (140-220° F), oil pressure (0-80 psi), and voltmeter (8-17 Volts DC) all of which are positioned in the same location as your factory cluster. Visible indicators include: the RH and LH turn signal, high beam lights, cruise control, parking brake, and check engine.

All In The Details
As the true Fox Body enthusiasts, 5.0 Resto realized there were several areas that could be improved upon and updated to compliment the newer modern technology that is now available for these cars. Looking closely, you will quickly see the attention to detail 5.0 Resto used to help Dakota Digital design this custom digital gauge cluster. From the signature red tick mark at 55 mph, to the positioning of the gauge indicator logos, this digital cluster does a fantastic job of resembling the factory unit. 5.0 Resto even made sure to increase the miles-per-hour from 140 to 160 to provide a modern take on a factory-like design. Digging deeper, the RPM caution sweep now starts at 5,500 and then transitions to red at 6,500 which is very close to the factory gauge cluster. If you notice closely, the tachometer has even been bumped to 8,000 to give a much needed update for newer power plants in your Fox Body Mustang!

Digital Message Center
The message center displays in a digital LCD format for several of the analog gauge functions such as the speedometer (0-255 MPH/KPH), tachometer (0-9,990 RPM), oil pressure (0-80 psi), water temperature (0-300° F/0-150° C), fuel level (0-99%), and voltmeter (8-17 Volts DC). Other vital display features include the odometer, trip odometer, re-programmable service odometer, engine hour meter, and clock. Additionally, there are built-in performance functions such as 0-60 mph timer, 1/4 mile timer, 1/4 mile speed, high-speed recall, and high RPM to recall your personal records!
