Due to the larger aluminum end tanks, the coolant capacity will be increased, ensuring your SN95 Mustang is running as cool as can be! A sleek satin black finish and beautiful TIG welds can be seen across the radiator's seams to ensure long-lasting looks & leak-free performance. Air fins with a high efficiency allow for optimal airflow in any driving environment. To enable easy servicing, a plastic drain plug with a rubber o-ring is included. SVE made sure this radiator utilizes factory-sized inlets and outlets, making it the ideal option for your Mustang.
High Quality HosesFeaturing pre-molded rubber hoses, this kit has the correct bends as the factory hoses had for an easy, direct replacement! To properly keep these hoses in place, an assortment of durable worm gear hose clamps are included. To properly prevent premature failure of your Mustang's heater core, a preinstalled yellow heater core flow restrictor is provided. By installing this restrictor, it reduces the amount of coolant that flows into the heater core at one time. Too much coolant flow through the heater core can cause it to rupture!

Aluminum Radiator Maintenance
Proper maintenance of an aluminum radiator is essential for the longevity and efficiency of your vehicle's cooling system. Start by performing a complete flush of the entire cooling system, including all hoses and the engine block, to ensure it is free from old fluid or contaminants. Always refer to your user manual for the correct type of coolant and maintain a 50/50 mix of coolant and water. Failing to do this can lead to
electrolysis, where electricity flows through the system, causing severe corrosion and pitting on the aluminum surfaces. To avoid this, regular maintenance every 30,000 miles is recommended, including flushing and inspecting the system. Additionally,
NEVER use the radiator as a ground for electrical components, as this can accelerate electrolysis and lead to further damage.
