Installation Note

For better fitment re-use, the rubber grommets from the bottom of your stock airbox or buy new ones HERE.
When installing the air filter should be pointing down in the fender and the curved part of the MAF housing will be on top for proper orientation.
2001-2004 Mustangs will need to use the rubber ACT block off plug provided in this kit.

This kit completely replaces the stock factory air box and restrictive paper filter element in the 1996-2004 4.6 Mustang GT. Featuring a high flow air filter assembly, this kit provides a noticeable increase in horsepower and throttle response while filtering out destructive power robbing dust particles. The result is cooler, denser air from inside the inner fender well to make more power. Not only will your Mustang gain more power, but it will have improved fuel mileage.
