427ci Boss Short Block Assembly
The Ford Performance (FRPP) M-6009-427F Short Block offers up 427 cubic inches of nearly unbreakable power for your car or truck. It starts off with a 9.5" deck height BOSS 4-bolt main block M-6010-BOSS35195 that is then stuffed with fully forged internals like SCAT h-beam rods and 4" stroke crank, with 4.125" bore 17cc dished MAHLE forged pistons. This block arrives at your door ready for your choice of high flow cylinder heads, roller cam, intake manifold, and oil pan to complete your project how you would like.

Internally Neutrally Balanced
Recommended Cylinder Head Fasteners: M-6014-BOSS or M-6065-BOSS or ARP-1543603, depending on your application.
Required Head Gaskets: M-6051-R351
Recommended Harmonic Balancer: M-6316-D302

Cylinder Heads

Designed for M-6049-X306/X307/Z304DA cylinder heads & other high flowing large valve cylinder heads intended for use on a 351W.
Not designed for production 302/351W or M-6049-Y302/Y303/X302/X303/X304/X305 cylinder heads.
