The transmission cooler line ports are a sealed internal tube on the Manual Radiators, these ports will not leak if left open
Automatic transmission-equipped Mustang will require the proper cooling line adapter available here LRS-7273A.
We also recommend the use of Mishimoto Radiator Brackets with this radiator
The ABS Module Brackets may need to be bent slightly backward to allow adequate clearance to the radiator

From the factory, your Mustang was equipped with a radiator that used plastic end tanks. Over time, these end tanks commonly cracked from years of track day abuse and heat cycles, causing annoying coolant leaks. To overcome this issue, SVE has researched and developed this all-aluminum radiator to maximize heat dissipation and performance, while keeping your engine temperatures low! SVE designed this radiator to be a direct bolt-on replacement for any factory radiator that is clogged, leaking, or damaged.

Featuring a large 3-row cross-flow design, this aluminum radiator from SVE will increase coolant flow compared to the factory radiator. Due to the larger aluminum end tanks, the coolant capacity will be increased, ensuring your 1997-2004 Mustang runs as cool as possible! A sleek satin black finish and beautiful TIG welds can be seen across the body of this radiator to ensure long-lasting looks & leak-free performance. Air fins with a high efficiency allow for optimal airflow in any driving environment. To enable easy servicing, a plastic drain plug with a rubber o-ring is included. SVE made sure this radiator utilizes factory-sized inlets and outlets, making it the perfect choice for your 4.6 Mustang.
