Flow Formed Construction
SVE's DHP1 wheel is constructed using the flow-formed process. After casting, the wheel is flow-formed with hydraulic rollers that apply intense pressure to the barrel to increase tensile strength. Flow forming provides greater shock resistance and load capacity, resulting in a very strong, lightweight wheel versus heavier, cast-aluminum wheels.
